• What is the minimum order?
  The minimum order is pc. 1.000 for 90% of articles.

• Can I order smaller quantities on certain items?
  Yes, we have articles ready in store not printed for the following lines: Shoe - Bag - Lux - Twist - Flat - Flexi, in standard sizes.

• Can I customize the bag dimension and various accessories compared to the photos on the site?
  Yes we make all our tailor products.

• What are the delivery time from order?
  From 25 to 35 days.

• Can I request free samples for all items on the site?
  We can send samples already made for other customers within 24 hours of request.

• Can I request a customized sample with my logo?
  Yes, but only for fabric items and has a cost of Euro 50.00 with transport costs charged to the customer (Ex Works), 7 days after the request.

• There are shipping charges for samples?
  Yes samples are free but the shipping is always charged to the customer.

• Can I request a color card of a material?
  Yes, but fee.
